Some think that the best way is just to select the table, then copy and paste into Excel; however that method will likely mis-align data if any cells in the first column are blank. Here is a procedure for copying the text if you want to do that (YMMV based on Excel version):

1. Double click on the top left cell containing the word "Oid" to select it
2. Hold down control and shift and then press the END key
3. Hold down the shift key and press the up arrow (gets rid of the copyright line)
4. Hold down shift and press the END key to select the entire table
5. Hold down the control key and press the c key
6. Open Excel
7. Pull down the Paste menu and select "Paste Special"
8. Select Text and press OK
